Profile: Geologist, geophysicist, MBA, with studies in Latin America and Europe. More than 30 years of professional experience including in the Middle East, Africa but mostly in Latin America land and offshore. Passing through operators, service companies and finally as an international consultant. I followed specialized training programs and have conducted self-assigned research all through my career. I performed positions as exploration geologist and sedimentary petrographer in my beginnings, up to senior geophysicist having participated in each one of the activities related to 2D and 3D seismic to Oil & Gas Exploration and Production. They have allowed me to consolidate my expertise in the seismic field to specialize in multidisciplinary integration. The gap generated in the communication and understanding between the different branches of the Geo-sciences is a constant problem especially for the methods used by each specialty and using its own nomenclature, despite working in the same area. The existence of well-known and well-studied methods based on their physical properties makes it possible to technically relate the different disciplines in a comprehensible and dynamic way, honoring their natural limits. I have used different software specialized in seismic through seismic processing and interpretation, and highly sophisticated processes as seismic inversion and AVO studies. In the research process, I have used mathematical and statistical consulting software that have helped to clarify confused relationships especially in the integration with other geosciences. The interrelation of geo-sciences has contributed to develop working methods, optimizing results, reducing analysis times, leading to a reduction of economic uncertainty, investment risk and increasing the chances of success. My participation in different companies has always been accompanied by training and mentoring young professionals, interacting in a constant and dynamic way with courses, exhibitions, presentations, and research, always seeking to harmonize and honor the different disciplines involved. I am a registered and active member of professional institutions in geosciences in Peru and the US, professional associations and collaborator of Geo-scientific associations and university programs also in Peru. I have several written works that have been published in recognized institutions and others are within the internal work in the institutions of which I have participated
