This functionality is enabled through access to the Working Smart online database which, in addition to candidate skills, also captures availability, work permits, nationality, education, current work details, work preferences, expected salary or daily rates and other information. This real-time management tool, combining internal and external resources, enables rapid response to dynamic project planning and operations demands.
 
Monitoring, forecasting and control tools: Real-time strategic planning, real-time analysis and reporting tools include:
  • Skills gap analysis – comparing internal and/or external skill availability against market requirements.
  • Forecasting demand for skills and disciplines - reveals how the demand for various skills is rising or declining within the Company or consulting market place.
  • Forecasting of skills and personnel demand - based on trends in the actual demand observed through current projects.
